We provide 3 days unconditional refund for customers. If you requires the refund, please send the E-mail to support@imonitorsoft.com, provide us your purchase E-mail and order number, We do not accept refund requests via the Live Chat or by phone. Then our customer support staff would response your refund request, and refund the full money to your purchase credit card or PayPal account. In some cases, refund back to your account or card may take up a few business days.
*Please note that after 3 days, you must provide us with reasonable access to resolve your issue and we do not issue refunds for simply changing your mind.

- Personal reasons like changing your mind or made purchase by mistake
- Customer does not accept our technical service to fix the problems
- No access or can not operate on the target device
- Customer wanted to use Keylogger Pro & Mac Keylogger to monitor multiple computers with one license
- Target computer does not have an internet connection
- Target computer uses an unsupported operating system (We only support Windows & Mac Os)
Non-refundable scenarios (Phone Spy):
- Personal reasons like changing your mind or made purchase by mistake
- Customer does not accept our technical service to fix the problems
- No access to target device
- Customer wanted to use phone spy to monitor multiple computers with one license
- Target computer does not have an internet connection
- Target computer uses an unsupported operating system (We only support Android)
- Web history can not be captured if Incognito Mode is enabled in Chrome
- Web history can not be captured if the non-default web browser being used
- The logs may have delaying (up to 1-2 days)to be uploaded from mobile device to server, which is normal. So we do not accept the refund request because of data report delaying.
- The anti-virus apps or security apps stops the phone spy working
